Construction Planning and Scheduling: This topic covers the fundamentals of project planning, scheduling, and coordination. Students learn about construction project lifecycles, critical path method (CPM), Gantt charts, and resource allocation.

Construction Methods and Techniques: This area focuses on the various construction methods and techniques used in the industry. Students learn about different construction systems, materials, equipment, and technologies. They gain an understanding of how these elements impact project execution and management.

Construction Contracts and Legal Considerations: This topic introduces students to the legal aspects of construction management. They learn about different types of construction contracts, contract administration, and relevant legal regulations and obligations.

Cost Estimation and Budgeting: Students learn how to estimate construction costs and develop project budgets. They study cost estimating techniques, quantity takeoffs, cost control methods, and financial analysis in construction projects.
