It involves managing the entire process to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards. This field combines knowledge of modern management principles with a deep understanding of the design and construction processes.

The Diploma in Construction Management extends over a period of three academic years. However, as we follow a trimester system, this equates to a condensed two-year calendar schedule.
